Great book. Many things left out on the video that you can read about in the book. The video of course, is just a summary but does capture his honesty and essence of his story. One example, that I recall is of his battlefield vision on the way back to his base. How he had a panoramic or above view of enemy and American positions. His recovery story is also interesting. He was constantly being 'written off' or cast as a lost cause. His personal struggles and the faith he had including presence of his guide or Holy Spirit ( I cant recall exactly) would internally and mentally reassure him of important decisions he was to make as he struggled to heal, and later on- to become a person of healing in the world. Very good book. I think its an honest book as well. This guy is a class act.
